Format/Compatibility
Graffham Parish News is produced in MS Publisher (2003 version). I can accept Word, Excell & Earlier versions of Publisher. I can accept jpg and tif. I cannot read Apple Quark documents - they must be converted before sending. Pdf files cannot be merged into the magazine.
Notes on Presentation
The magazine is A5, each page has left and right margins of 2cm, top and bottom margins of 1.5cm.
The standard font is Arial, (10-12pt). Regular contributors will get a standard heading in BernhardModBT (18-22pt). Occasional contributors and articles get a Times New Roman heading.
"Announcements" are edited to fit the margins above, then surrounded by a box. Within the box you can use any fonts, however they may be changed at Editor's discretion.
